Evently operates the website and services at eventlyae.com ("Service"). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the Service.

• Transaction data: event selections, ticket purchases, payment status, and related records (payment details are handled by our payment partners).

• Analytics and advertising (Meta Pixel): where enabled, Meta's technologies may collect or receive information from our Service (e.g. pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser data, and identifiers such as cookies) for measurement, analytics, and advertising in line with your choices and Meta's Privacy Policy. You can control certain Meta ad preferences through Meta's settings.
• Communications: messages you send to support or through channels we provide.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, and from service providers and partners who process data on our behalf or as described in this policy.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service (including ticketing and check-in)

For account data held by our authentication provider, you may also use tools they provide in your account settings.

The Service is not directed at children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing without parental permission. We do not knowingly collect such children's data.
