User data deletion instructions

What you can request

You may request:

  • Deletion of your Evently account and associated personal data we control
  • Correction of inaccurate profile or contact information
  • A copy of certain data you provided (where applicable law requires)

Some records (e.g. invoices, fraud-prevention logs) may be retained for a limited time where the law requires.

How to request deletion

  1. Email system@eventlyae.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: Data deletion request — Evently
  3. Include your full name and, if possible, the email or phone number you used to register so we can verify your identity.

We will confirm receipt and may ask for additional verification before processing. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).

Account self-service

If you signed in with a third-party account (e.g. social login), you can also review connected apps and data in that provider's security or privacy settings. Deleting your Evently account in our systems may still leave data with those providers under their policies.

Organizers and payments

Event organizers and payment processors may hold separate records. We will forward lawful requests where we act as a processor, but some requests must be sent directly to the organizer or payment provider.
