1. Agreement

By accessing or using Evently ("we", "us", "our") at eventlyae.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Evently provides an online platform to discover events and purchase tickets or related passes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (for example authentication, payments, hosting, fraud prevention, and analytics or advertising tools such as Meta Pixel where enabled). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. How we collect and use personal data—including data processed by those providers—is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts

You may need an account (e.g. via our authentication provider) to complete purchases. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Tickets and payments

Prices, fees, and availability are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. A successful payment and confirmation from us (or our payment partner) forms your contract for the ticket(s) for the applicable event, subject to the organizer's rules and these Terms.

Tickets are generally non-transferable or subject to organizer policy. Resale or misuse may result in cancellation without refund where permitted by law and policy.

6. Event cancellations and refunds

If an event is cancelled or materially changed, refunds or alternatives (if any) are handled according to the event organizer's policy and applicable law. We may facilitate communication but are not always the final decision-maker for refund eligibility.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by:

• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping beyond normal use, or disrupting the service
• Using the service for fraud, illegal activity, or rights violations
• Circumventing technical limits or security controls

8. Intellectual property

Evently branding, software, and content we own remain our property. Event names, images, and materials may belong to organizers or licensors; you receive no license except what is needed to use the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Events are operated by third parties; we are not liable for their conduct, scheduling, or venue issues beyond what the law requires.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evently and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction in question in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or the minimum amount required by law).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
